Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these terms then You may not access the Service.

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze images. The Service is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. It does NOT provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment recommendations.
You strictly agree NOT to use this Service to detect, monitor, or diagnose skin cancer, melanoma, carcinomas, or any other serious skin condition.
You understand that AI analysis is probabilistic and can be wrong. A "clear" scan does NOT mean you are healthy, and a "concern" scan does NOT mean you have a disease.
Always seek the advice of a dermatologist, physician, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen on this Service.
Reliance on any information provided by MySkincare is solely at Your own risk. We are not responsible for any worsening of skin conditions, allergic reactions to suggested products (if any), or failure to identify a medical issue.

MySkincare offers subscription services that provide access to premium features. We offer various subscription plans, including weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Some subscriptions may include a free trial period.
We may offer a free trial period for certain subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period via your Apple ID/Google Play settings without charge. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary as no payment has been processed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS OR PURCHASES.
Once the free trial period ends and you are charged, or if you purchase a subscription without a free trial, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Because payments are processed by third-party app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the Company does not have the ability to issue direct refunds. All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google support and are subject to their respective refund policies, which may differ from our policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this no refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple ID settings for iOS or Google Play settings for Android). You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel it in your device's settings to avoid future charges.
Important: Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
